Gov. Jim Justice’s office announced more winners of the sweepstakes drawing for those in the state who have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. The drawing is held weekly among those who have entered after receiving their COVID vaccine. Christopher McDougal of Charleston won a lifetime fishing license, and Candace Nance of Milton won a lifetime hunting license. Leah Bowes of Nitro and James Gray of Elkview won weekend getaways at state parks.
