There are almost one-hundred new cases of COVID-19 in West Virginia, for a total of more than 13-hundred active cases. The Delta variants accounts for 35 of those cases. Webster County is now in the red on the county alert map, and twelve other counties are in yellow. Governor Justice says he’s concerned about the shifting colors on the map.
