The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in trying to locate a tornado man who has been missing since Friday. Thirty-three-year-old David Woodall was last seen leaving the Ferrell Road Apartments in the St. Albans area. Woodall is 5’7”, weighs 130-pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes and a tattoo that read “Flora” on his left forearm. Call police if you have any information.
