A Morgantown woman is a millionaire. She is the second million-dollar winner in the “Do it for Babydog” vaccine sweepstakes. The Governor made several stops across the state, congratulating winners of two custom-outfitted trucks, and two winners of full four-year scholarships to any West Virginia college or University.
