A two-month-old boy is missing, and he could be with his mother who is wanted for child neglect. Twenty-seven-year-old Natasha Morgan has been on the run since June 10th. Morgan is described as 5’3”, about 125 pounds with blue eyes and red/brown hair. She has a full sleeve tattoo on her right arm. Authorities say the baby could be in danger.
