A used car dealership is permanently banned from selling vehicles in West Virginia. Attorney General Patrick Morrisey won a recent court order blocking Richmond’s Quality Cars and CMS Pre-Owned Auto Sales from operating in the state. They’re accused of misrepresenting odometer readings, and unlawfully selling vehicles “as is.” The defendants must void all contracts for vehicles they sold, and release all liens on titles to vehicles they sold.
