Citing a spike in new COVID-19 cases across the state, the Putnam County Health Department has resumed weekly testing and vaccination clinics at its Liberty Square location. The health department made the announcement Wednesday on its Facebook page. Free testing and vaccinations will be available 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, July 30, and Wednesday, Aug. 4, and Friday, Aug. 6. Walk-ins are welcome. The health department’s Liberty Square location is in the back of the complex at 316 Putnam Village Drive.
