A two-year-old boy is unharmed after a bystander jumped into the Ohio River to save him. The boy and his family we’re having a picnic at Harris Riverfront Park when a woman, who appeared to be under the influence, told the boy to run toward a boat the river, and he did. The woman dragged the boy and threw him to the water, and then jumped in behind him. Rescue crews pulled her out of the water. The boy wasn’t hurt.
