Charleston City Council voted to resolve a lawsuit in connection to a police dog that bit a homeless man. The case has been in court for more than a year. Johnny Barker was in the crawlspace of an abandoned home, when a police K-9 bit his leg. Barker will receive 45-thousand-dollars in compensation.
