Visitors at the State Fair of West Virginia love their pickle pizza. Gillette Pizza’s popular dish topped with pickles was declared the winner in this year’s fair food contest, according to a post Saturday on the fair’s Facebook page. Chicken and waffles with flavored syrup and dipping gravy, served up by Cross Creek, captured second place. Gussie’s carne asada street tacos finished third. The state fair ended on Sunday.
