West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin was on CBS’ Face the Nation Sunday and said the infrastructure bill should be in front of the President by Thursday. The Senate passed the nearly one-trillion-dollar plan that includes nearly 550-billion-dollars in new spending on projects including road replacement, electricity grid resiliency efforts, broadband deployment, and water line work.
