West Virginians with weakened immune systems are turning out to get a COVID-19 booster shot. The CDC is recommending a third dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines for people with cancer, organ transplants, and other medical issues. Federal health officials are expected to recommend booster shots for all Americans later this week.
