The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of an elderly man who was killed over the weekend in an ATV crash. 81-year old Kenneth E Roy of St. Albans died after the incident near Shrewsbury Road. The sheriff’s office said the man was checking trail cameras on his property when he crashed.
