State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is filing a lawsuit against a Kanawha City car lot. Almost twenty complaints have been filed against Mr. V and Son’s. Morrisey is filing a civil suit against the business, alleging the Mr. V engaged in a wide range of practices that violate the West Virginia consumer Credit and Protection Act.
