Former West Virginia firefighter and ex-police officer, Christopher Osborne, is facing federal charges for sexually assaulting a sixteen-year-old girl, and destroying a woman’s property by starting a fire. Osborn was a probationary firefighter with the Charleston Fire Department. He was a firefighter with the Danville Volunteer Fire Department, and worked part-time as a Marmet police officer.
