The Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority has decided to suspend the expansion of a trail in the East Lynn area of Wayne County. Based on public comments, they decided to suspend the project. The trail would have encompassed 9,000 acres of the East Lynn Wildlife Management area. The Hatfield-McCoy Trail system will continue to look for new projects and expansions within its 14-county project area.
