The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department said it plans to start a small coronavirus outpatient treatment program using monoclonal antibodies on Friday. The health department planned to get its antibodies from a private company and the state will be part of the ordering process. County officials requested $1 million in emergency funding from the state to set up the program.
