Florida man charged in deadly road rage incident

A Florida man is charged with murder after a road rage incident in Mingo County. Sixty-six-year-old James Armstrong was driving an 18-wheeler on Route 119 when a red car pulled in front of him at an intersection and stopped. The driver got out of the car and approached the truck. When he opened the driver’s side door, Armstrong pulled out a gun and shot him. Armstrong’s attorney says he acted in self-defense.
