A new subdivision has broke ground in South Charleston. Located right off the 11th fairway at Little Creek Golf Course, the housing plan features 21 homes built by J.D. Stricklen. According to South Charleston Mayor Frank Mullens, the homes will be in the $300,000 range. Right now, the development is in its early stages. WCHS TV said crews are taking down trees and clearing land. Once finished, homeowners will have easy access to the golf course, which offers 18 holes, a clubhouse, restaurant, pool and splash pad. Businesses are being added now too.
