Putnam County Commissioners are making changes to gun sale laws. Gun shops no long have to maintain a three-hundred-foot minimum from homes, churches, or schools. The move comes after Valley Outdoors in Teays Valley was built within three-hundred feet of a daycare and several houses. Pawn shops will still have to abide by the 300-foot rule.
