The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is seeing an increase in smaller mischievous crimes. Tools and lawnmowers have been stolen from backyard sheds and they end up at pawn shops. The crimes are especially common in areas with a lot of trees and where cameras and motion detector lights don’t typically exist.
