Testimony continues in the trial of a former deputy jailer at the Boyd county Detention Center. Brad Roberts is the first of four former guards to be tried in connection to the death of an inmate, forty-year-old Michael Moore. Several witnesses took the stand Friday, including two nurses, who testified that Moore was too intoxicated to get a complete vital check. The trial will continue on Monday.
