Kanawha County deputies said a juvenile has been charged in the shooting death of a Capital High School freshman. 14-year old Da’nija Miller of Charleston was shot in the Rutledge area in August. The shooting is believed to have happened inside a house on Ryan Drive. Deputies said the juvenile was arrested Monday and he’s charged with first degree murder and possession of a deadly weapon by a minor.
