Huntington police said a man was arrested on felony drug charges after a brief standoff with officers. 32-year old Zachary T. Miller of Huntington was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and with intent to deliver and obstructing an officer, according to a news release from the Huntington Police Department. Officers responded to a home on Lawson Court in Altizer, where there had been reports of shots being fired during a domestic dispute. The SWAT Team had to be deployed and after a brief standoff those inside the home came out. A search warrant turned up drugs and two firearms. Detectives are still investigating whether shots were actually fired during the initial incident. More charges could result from the investigation and from evidence recovered at the scene.
