Veterans Day parades and ceremonies will pay tribute to veterans tomorrow. In Charleston, the Veterans Day Parade has been a tradition for 80 years and it will be hosted by the city of Charleston and John Brawley Post 20 of the American Legion. It’s scheduled 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 11. Charleston Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin is encouraging residents to line the streets in support. In Huntington, a Veterans Day parade and ceremony will start at 9 a.m. at the gazebo at 14th Street West, with the parade starting at 10 a.m., where it will head toward Huntington’s Veterans Memorial Arch.
