Charleston residents will have an altered schedule for trash and recycling collection Thanksgiving week, the week of Nov. 22. City officials said in a Facebook post that residents who normally have refuse picked up on Tuesday will have the collection on Monday. Those with pickup normally on Wednesday will have theirs on Tuesday. Thursday regularly scheduled pickup will move to Wednesday. Friday’s trash collection will not change. There will be no collection on the Thanksgiving holiday.
