A former Holz Elementary School teacher is out on bond, one day after she was named in an over twenty-count indictment accusing her of abusing students in a special needs classroom. Sixty-six-year-old Nancy Boggs has been under investigation since September when a student reported an incident to school administration. She resigned from her position earlier this month.
