A former Raleigh County pharmacist, who’s in prison for operating a ponzi scheme, is now being indicted for the 2019 death of her husband. Forty-one-year-old Natalie Cochran is being charged with murder after an autopsy report that came after Michael Cochran’s body was exhumed. He was do have died of natural causes at the time, but prosecutors say the medical examiner’s report turned up evidence against Natalie Cochran.
