Gov. Jim Justice on Monday rolled out the rewards for the Do It For Babydog 3 vaccination incentive campaign. The governor said he is targeting children from 5 to 18 years old and wants their parents to allow them to get the COVID vaccine to protect them from the pandemic. The governor said the bulk of the prizes for the third round of giveaways will be in the form of educational savings funds. Justice said there will be four different weeks of drawings, including 25 $10,000 prizes the first week, along with 100 lifetime hunting and fishing licenses. The drawing will also include grand prizes of $50,000 and $100,000, which would go to a single winner and that student’s school.
Registration for the Do It For Babydog 3 contest start today online. The first deadline for registering is Sunday Nov. 14, with the initial drawing set to take place on Monday, Nov. 15. Additional drawings will follow on Nov. 29, Dec. 6 and Dec. 13.
