Holz Elementary Teacher Resigns

An elementary school teacher in Charleston has resigned from her position amid a criminal investigation that centers around alleged abuse of students inside of her special needs classroom. Nancy J. Boggs resigned Monday according to Kanahwa County Schools spokesperson Briana Warner. The reason for Boggs’ resignation was listed as “retirement.” Boggs was a teacher at Holz Elementary. Boggs has not been charged in connection with the criminal investigation but WCHS TV said the case is still active.
