Two Face Charges After an Oak Hill Death

Two people have been indicted after the death of an Oak Hill man. Oak Hill Police found 39-year-old Johnnie Edwards unresponsive inside of a car parked at McDonalds on September 13 and said he had already died of a drug overdose. 48-year-old Ronda Stull and 30-year-old Kevin French are accused of obtaining the drugs with him, and didn’t seek medical attention. French allegedly parked Stull’s car outside of McDonald’s with Edwards dead in the passenger seat. Stull and French are facing several charges for their alleged roles in the case.
