Two West Virginia cities received perfect scores in 2021 for creating inclusive communities for those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender. Huntington received the perfect rating in the Human Rights Campaign’s Municipal Equality Index for the third year in a row and was joined this year by Morgantown, according to a news release from HRC.
