A new mural has been completed on Charleston’s West Side. The mural, located at the corner of Delaware and Virginia Street, is the result of a joint effort from artist Zulu Painter, Charleston’s Office of Public Art and West Side Middle School students, according to a news release from the city. Zulu Painter worked with local students to design a concept for the mural that focused on young people in the community. The mural’s location was selected due to need.
