Kanawha County Schools said it has COVID-19 testing opportunities scheduled following the upcoming winter break. The walk-in testing will be available 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 2, at Riverside High School, South Charleston High School and St. Albans High School. Walk-in testing also will be offered 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, at Riverside High School, South Charleston High School and St. Albans High School. Testing is free and optional. School officials said the testing is being conducted in partnership with the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and AppLabs of WV.
