The state continues to fall behind others when it comes to tobacco use. The “State of Tobacco Control” report released by the American Lung Association this week shows failing grades for West Virginia. The rate of tobacco use is higher across the board in the Mountain State than the national average. More than four-thousand West Virginian’s die of tobacco related diseases each year.
