Governor Justice says he is feeling much better after a bout with COVID. Justice is recovering at home, and says he is not supposed to be around other people yet. He expects to return to the Capitol by Monday. The governor credited his vaccination and booster, along with monoclonal antibody treatment, for his recovery. Justice missed his annual State of the State Address, which he submitted to the Legislature in writing instead.
