Nightly lane closures and road work on Interstate 64 near the St. Albans interchange are continuing this week. Weather permitting, overnight work gets underway at 8 p.m. each night and ends at 6 a.m. through Friday. The temporary lane closures will affect both eastbound and westbound lanes of I-64 between mile markers 42 and 44 as crews do overpass demolition work. With winter conditions lingering, drivers should use extra caution if traveling through the area, which may become congested at times.
