West Virginia State Police are releasing the names of the men involved in a deadly shooting in Boone County. Forty-one-year-old Jeremy Peters died after he was shot by 53-year-old Kevin Dickens. The pair got into an argument at Terry’s Café in Whitesville when Dickens pulled out a gun and fired. He took off and was arrested in Raleigh County.
