West Virginia state fire marshals said a Preston County man faces charges after he was accused of hiring two people to throw a Molotov cocktail into his former girlfriend’s vehicle. The state Fire Marshal’s Office said Glenn Casteel of Kingwood faces several charges related to an incident August 8. Casteel allegedly hired two people to throw a lighted Molotov cocktail at his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle while it was parked at her home.
