Court records said a driver faces charges after she hit another vehicle on Interstate 64 in Barboursville, left the scene and told police she had downed eight beers and was drinking while driving. 32-year old Kelsie Petticrew of Kenova was charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident following an incident that was reported Feb. 16. A criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court said she failed all three field sobriety tests and her blood alcohol measured .235%. She was booked at the Milton Police Department.
