Crews were continuing to clean up Monday after couple of train cars derailed into a creek in Winifrede in Kanawha County. The state Department of Environmental Protection and the Donahue Brothers have been at the scene.
Kanawha County emergency officials said no hazardous materials were in the cars. The coal cars were coming out of the mine on Fields Creek onto the main line when it happened. No one was injured.
