Man to be Sentenced in June in Secret Video Case

Sentencing will happen in June for a Charleston man who used to live in Logan County. The US Dept. of Justice said Randall Holden II pleaded guilty to a federal wiretapping charge after being accused of secretly recording video of a woman engaged in sexually explicit conduct in her home in Logan County on Nov. 25, 2017 and later uploading that video to the internet without the victim’s knowledge. The Dept. of Justice believes Holden had more than one video depicting the same victim. He faces up to five years in prison when he is sentenced on June 2.
