Former West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Evan Jenkins shared a Twitter post to show that he reached out to the West Virginia Ethics Commission to get the go-ahead to appear before a legislative committee. Jenkins sad the ethics executive director approved. Jenkins resigned from the court on Feb. 6, saying he wanted to return to private practice. Jenkins testified before the House of Delegates Banking and Insurance Committee in support of a pro-business bill.
