Cabell County court records said a double homicide occurred in Huntington was linked to a drug and money dispute. Marcellas Mitchel of Garden City, Mich., and Dakota Keaton of Huntington were charged in the 2021 murders of Andrea Burnette and Terrance Holmes. A criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court said an investigation determined that Mitchell was involved in a drug trafficking organization that included Burnette.
