Kanawha County deputies are investigating after a child was wounded in a shooting. A 7-year-old boy, who has autism, sustained a wound to his pinky finger, according to Sgt. Ana Pile, spokesperson for the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
The child was taken to the hospital after the incident Monday afternoon on Strawberry Road on the West Side outside of St. Albans.
