They want Justice to suspend the nearly thirty-six-cents-per-gallon as a gas tax holiday for a month to give drivers a break at the pump. The governor says he can’t legally suspend the tax, and it would mean the state’s road fund would take a hit of around thirty-five-million-dollars.
