A St. Albans man has been arrested in connection with a murder that occurred Friday in Boone County. 32-year old Timothy Westfall was apprehended after officers found him in Huntington. Westfall has been accused of shooting 36-year old Anthony Hizer of Madison about 2 a.m. Friday in Uneeda, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police. Troopers said Westfall was taken into custody without incident.
