West Hamlin Accident Sends a Child to the Hospital

A young girl was hospitalized after a car crash sent a vehicle into a West Hamlin convenience store Saturday afternoon. The West Hamlin Fire Department reported an SUV rear-ended another vehicle, sending it through the exterior of Pam’s Carryout on Route 3. Multiple injuries were reported by Chief Deputy Derik Kimberling, including a 9-year-old girl who was picked up by a medical helicopter to receive emergency treatment. The store has been closed as the front of the business experienced significant damage from the wreck.
