A Clay County man is under arrest for threatening to punch and shoot Child Protective Services workers. During a drug screening by a state probation officer, James McCune made a statement about shooting CPS workers, and a week later during a psychological exam, he told a doctor that he wanted to grab CPS workers and punch them in the face. McCune is charged with threats of terroristic acts.
