The Marshall University Board of Governors will meet tomorrow to consider some fee increases for the coming fiscal year. A proposal includes some rate increases for meal plans, and room and board. Class fees would also go up under the plan. The Board of Governors at Marshall will also consider other topics at the meeting Thursday, and it will be livestreamed.
